This privacy policy explains how Renovi handles information submitted through its email signup form and contact address. It describes the current setup for collecting future site updates, what is stored and the choices available to you.
Email signup
Renovi invites readers to “Join the Renovi list for useful guides and future site updates.” The form asks for your email address and requires you to select a checkbox accepting: “I agree to receive email updates from Renovi.”
When you sign up, the module stores your email address, a duplicate-check hash, the signup time, the source page path, the consent wording you accepted and the collection status in the site’s WordPress database. The stored source path does not include query strings or page fragments.
This launch setup collects signups for future updates. Newsletter delivery, confirmation messages and unsubscribe features are separate future configuration. Signup records remain stored until an authorized administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.
The module also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These records are subject to periodic cleanup. This statement applies to the signup module and does not describe logs that hosting or other network systems may keep.
Contact messages
You can contact Renovi at contact@renovi.co. A message sent to this address includes the sender’s email address, the message and any attachments the sender chooses to provide. This information is used to receive and handle the request.
Access to records
Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export and remove newsletter signup records. Newsletter records are also included in WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
Access to those records is limited to people with the required administrative permissions. The storage and retention described here apply to the signup module and do not represent all site, host or network-system practices.
Your choices
To ask whether Renovi holds a signup record for you, request a copy or request its removal, email contact@renovi.co and identify the email address used to sign up. Providing the signup address helps administrators locate the correct record.
Renovi may link to websites operated by other organizations. Those websites maintain their own privacy information and practices, which you should review when visiting them.
