Editorial Policy

Renovi publishes practical sales and business-development guidance for print-shop owners, salespeople, account managers, and operators. The aim is simple: help readers build repeatable systems to find, win, grow, and retain profitable print customers. We focus on clear recommendations, useful tradeoffs, and actions that improve pipeline discipline and follow-through.

How we choose topics and sources

Our coverage starts with real print-sales work: lead generation, prospecting and outreach, sales process, account retention, and sales management. We ask what will help a reader move a good opportunity forward, improve a customer relationship, or make the next sales decision with more confidence.

We match sources to the claim. For technical or time-sensitive information, such as CRM features, platform rules, or supplier capabilities, we use current primary documentation where available. We also use credible B2B sales research and established print-industry trade sources when they add useful context. Supplier statements are identified as supplier statements; they are not presented as independent proof.

Facts, experience, and editorial judgment

Renovi distinguishes documented research, supplier claims, editorial analysis, and documented firsthand work. Specific tests, measurements, purchases, projects, or professional experience are described only when supporting information is available. Names, credentials, operators, and affiliations appear only when supported by approved information.

Not every sales question has one universal answer. When an article makes a recommendation, we explain the conditions and tradeoffs behind it: the kind of account, buying cycle, capability, or follow-up process that changes the decision. Opinion is presented as opinion. Estimates and calculations are labelled and given enough context to be useful.

Images and commercial disclosures

Editorial artwork is illustration, not documentary evidence. When photographs, screenshots, charts, or other documentary materials need source context, we identify the relevant source.

Commercial relationships, sponsorships, affiliate arrangements, and other relevant interests are disclosed when documented and relevant to the content. Any applicable disclosure is attached to the affected content so readers can assess the recommendation in context.

Corrections

If you spot a possible error, email contact@renovi.co with the article URL, the statement in question, and supporting evidence or a direct source where possible. We assess correction requests against the available documentation and update material errors when the evidence supports a change.
